You can expect the design and development phase to take approximately 4-6 weeks, allowing for any revisions. This timeframe is based on receiving a complete project brief from you.

We require full payment upfront to keep our workflow efficient and our pricing competitive. Managing multiple projects with split or partial invoices increases administrative overhead, which would ultimately affect our ability to deliver high quality work at the best possible rates.

We keep pricing simple and transparent with an hourly rate of $130, billed in 15 minute increments. There are no required monthly plans. This option is ideal for site updates, security improvements, ongoing maintenance, content or design changes, and technical support. If you prefer ongoing support, we are also happy to discuss a monthly plan that fits your needs.

Absolutely! We offer unlimited design revisions until you're completely satisfied. We prioritize your satisfaction and strive to exceed your expectations. However, in the rare instance that you're not fully happy with the final designs despite our best efforts – including multiple design concepts and unlimited revisions – we are committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution, which may include a partial refund. Maintaining a strong client relationship and upholding our reputation for exceptional service are of utmost importance to us.
