• We’ll then have a 1-hour Google Meet video call or phone conversation to go over the details of a Website Conversion-Boosting Strategy.
• You leave the session feeling confident in our ability to take your website to the next level.
• Following our meet, we will send you the final quote, and you will be able to decide whether or not to proceed.

We can design most pages without your copywriting, photos, or videos as long as we have your answers to our design questionnaire and understand the brief. We’ll start with placeholders, design as we’ll need you to provide written content.

When it comes to sales pages, we usually require your copywriting first. We have page layout structures that we know work well for landing pages, depending on the offer, so if you need us, we can guide you on our call.

If you require the services of a copywriter, we can connect you with one of our conversion-focused copywriting partners, who will provide you with a quote based on your requirements. Depending on how much copy you require, their quote can range between $1,000 and $5,000. When you choose us, we can introduce you to one of our copywriting partners.

Total development phase for all page designs usually takes around 6 weeks, including unlimited design revisions, granted if we have the full brief.

We embrace transparent and upfront pricing. Our hourly rate is $130/hour, and we bill in 15-minute increments. This is our rate for services like site updates, security updates, maintenance requests, site modifications, or tech support.

We have between 25 and 80 design projects on the go at any given time, so if we had to split the invoices for each client and send the second invoice after the work was completed, we would need to hire a full-time bookkeeper, which means raising our prices. We charge in advance so that we can give you our best price.

We do, indeed. We guarantee unlimited design revisions until you approve the designs. However, if you are truly unhappy with our designs after we have done everything in our power to deliver our best designs to you, including using multiple designers and providing you with unlimited design revisions, then yes, we will give you a refund that we both agree is fair. Our reputation is extremely important to us, and we want you to be satisfied that we did our best.

Yes, when you pay in full for any design we create for you, we automatically sign over the Intellectual Property rights to you.
